Manual Orders

Introduction


Though most of your orders will automatically feed into our Warehouse Management System (WMS), sometimes you may need to submit a manual order for fulfillment. Large retail orders, influencer orders, and customer replacement orders are a few situations where a manual order may be needed.


How to Create a Manual Order


  1. In the WMS, navigate to Orders > Create an Order
  2. Assign an Order Number and complete the shipping details for the order
  3. Under Shipping Option, select your preferred shipping method for the order

Note: If a valid shipping method is not selected, the order will default to a generic label. This may cause a delay in shipment or an incorrect shipping option to be used. Please ensure the desired shipping method is added to any manual order. 

  1. Add the products and quantities you wish to ship and select Save Order
