Order Gift Notes
If you have the gift note feature activated on your Shopify store, your customers can leave a note that will print at the bottom of order's packing slip. This information is entered in Shopify at the time of checkout and will automatically be brought into the WMS without anything needed from you. To view these messages in ShipHero, open the order you would like to edit and navigate to the Gift Note field.
If you are asked to edit an existing note, or add one, you can do so here. Remember to select Update to ensure your changes are saved.
Anything entered in this field will print at the bottom of the customer's packing slip that is enclosed with each order.
